Waifus contribute a lot to making a game more enjoyable and have more discussion. Pathfinder Kingmaker and Wrath of the Righteous are in a lot of ways similar but you see way more discussion over WOTR because you have autism wars over Camellia vs. Arueshelae. Even Baldur's Gate II had this stuff.
