You need 46 "Inferior Ores" to start. From that you make 2 "Graphites", 12 "Iron Ores" , 6 "Silver Ores", "4 Balder Ores"
Next the the 12 "Iron Ores" become 4 "Iron Ingots", and the 6 "Silver Ores" become 2 "Silver Ingots", then 2 of those "Balder Ores" must become 2 "Krystallos Ores"
Next the 2 "Graphites" and the 4 "Iron Ingots" will become 2 "Steel Ingots"
Next the 2 "Balder Ores, 2 "Krystallos Ores", and 2 "Silver Ingots" become 2 "Balder Ingots"
Finally the 2 "Steel Ingots" and the 2 "Balder Ores" = 1 "Wootz Steel"

I am sure it is the best way to play and enjoy Tactics Ogre LUTC since it fixes a lot of stupid problems the game has, PLUS it is free.
