ive enjoyed the updates consistently so im confident it will be great but i consider the current artstyle of chroma falls to be lovely already so this is exciting. i think the current layout is kind of confusing for a hub and you might get lost but man that day night cycle and luminescent is something else. genuinely one of my favorite locations in vidya because its fun to get lost, it feels magical

I understand when people say it about the swamp or some of the later levels but Chroma falls always seemed to have a pretty simple layout. Maybe the way to the temple, I guess?
I also love the day/night cycle, very few platforming games seem to do it but it really adds a lot to the atmosphere.

I watched some streamer get stuck on that for literal hours. He was a faggot so I was happy, but it did show the bonus levels need a way to exit them at any time.

its on atf forums, it doesn't really harp on it as a feature but it hides the costumes it bundles around the game. thats my favorite part about it, the lewd outfits themselves are not that great and youd probably find you prefer the official ones but it also gives you an outfit selector. i really like the collectathon aspect of it , its too early to hope for a mod specifically for that because im hoping more content like that is added officially but its a fun little aspect of it. it also lets you select french voice english subtitles which really shouldn't need a mod
that looks great and i see familiar motifs i think but hopefully the original isn't completely scrapped because i like them both
