This. The first 2 Dead Space games were a lot of fun, but even at release they weren't anything amazing. They were very well done riffs on Resident Evil 4, which is fine, but we're at the point now where people are making derivations of derivations. I look forward to a decade from now when the devs release their spiritual successor to The Callisto Protocol.
