THH, no question. All of the girls have their place in the story.
DR2, Ibuki and Sonia are underdeveloped, Peko has too little presence outside of the trials and Akane's writing issues have been discussed too many times to be worth repeating. Over time, I have come to accept Mahiru for the character she is, even if I personally find her very unpleasant.
V3, I don't like Himiko. Kirumi is also just kind of there. And Tenko is retarded in a frustrating, not-cute way.
