King of the Hill is more of a small peculiarity that was only uploaded to places like NND in the same vein as how Youtubers back then would upload shows in their dub. You guys are overinflating the idea of them watching it way too much. You can even see here that the top results is just the series itself with a serviceable 20,000 views which is okay on NND, but not big enough to be memed about on a national scale. The two at the bottom are just people that just used audio samples for their versions of ytpmvs. There's nothing much to be done with it in terms of content other than that in the same vein of YTPMVers using Japanese or Chinese content, or even LatAm content like El Chavo,
