The true redpill is realizing that in capitalist society, hard work does not actually matter that much. No one believes labor intrinsically is a valuable thing. Just because you worked hard on something, doesn't inherently make it valuable from a market perspective. The only thing capitalism cares about is if you are able to produce something people want and are willing to pay for. SOMETIMES that involves hard work but many times it doesn't. Sometimes, needing to work hard is also more inefficient when you can simply not work hard and produce something of the same value. Yet ironically, the capitalists try to complain about how "lazy" the poor are when the society they have constructed inherently does not care about hard work or labor If it did, then the socialists are right, the capitalists are just glorified scam artists who exploit the hard work of other people and make profit off them simply because they happened to have more money.
