I've grown completely astonished by /vg/. It used to be just how bizarre it was to see a five nights at freddies general, or a katawa shoujo general, or a doki doki literature club general that all extend into the several thousands if they keep count, but when looking through the index I noticed there seemed to be a lot of mobile games.
So I decided to sit down and actually count how many mobile game generals with at least a hundred posts there were, and I was flabbergasted to see just how many there actually were! 28! 28 general threads for mobile games, most if not all with a gachapon microtransaction mechanic! Is there a stark contrast between Any Forums and /vg/ in terms of userbase or do that many people play mobile games and just limit their discussions to there?
