IIRC nexus has some weird and very strict rules about mods transplanting files from other games (at least openly, lord knows there's mountains of shitty stolen texture mods there already), so even if someone wanted to they might not be able to upload it there.
The clearest solution is to learn to mod and do it yourself, and then share it so I can use it too.
