It was alright. I played on PC at launch and felt it was alright, but it had problems. Most glaringly is the complete lack of actual RPG elements and paths that actually mattered. Was expecting Deus Ex for a new gen and got something with even less choice than Fallout 3. That’s not even mentioning problems like driving.

no third person, no play, fuck off. I want the game they promised.

Nah you're trippin bro

It's alright but in the end a great disappointment. I'm about 8 hours into my first playthrough since I put in about 60 hours launch, and it really feels not much better.
NPC's suck, police response sucks(no chases still?) and driving sucks.

more like cybershit
hope putin invades poland next

It was always good. If you could get through the first few hours at launch of the game, the bugs stop. I put like 300 hours into the game over the course of 2021. Absolutely kino game. Never got tired of exploring the city. I just want the DLC now for another excuse to play.

Oh for crying out loud can be go one (1) day without a Cyberpunk thread that'll die in the first 50 posts
No, it's not good. Nothing substantial has changed since release. It's the exact same game.

what the fuck have they been doing the last 2 years?

Getting the game back on the PlayStation store by fixing bugs (the game's real problems were never bugs)
Now they're supposedly working on one expansion for next year, because obviously people will still care two years and a half after the base game's release

inshallah, brother. Let's hope POland gets partitioned again, this time between Serbia, Russia and Hungary

They add new game+ yet?

It's only good as long as you understand what you're in for. This game is NOT a AAAA title like they promised, it is NOT a GTA-like sandbox with a simulated city. It is NOT a profound statement in game design. That said, now that the game isn't struggling to hold itself together at every frame update like it did at launch, I admit that it's fairly good: there's a very robust gameplay loop that I personally enjoyed, as well as a fantastic story that doesn't let go for months after you beat it. The aesthetic of this game is likewise top notch, I'm still listening SAMURAI every other day thinking back on my time in Night City and the people I've met there. It is truly a shame that this is the game that buried CDPR, since it's also the game that emphasized everything they excelled at the most

I seriously hate P*les so much

Well said user, check's on the mail

I'm finally playing it again after getting a PS5.

I finished literally all the missions and side content and am having an amazing time just walking around the city. It's no contest the most visually interesting city I've ever seen in a videogame. I know there isn't that much to interact with, I'm not talking about that. But the visual and artistic design of the city regularly has me astounded. It's a great game.

they fixed it right up from a pile of flaming shit to a a mediocre mess. bravo, I guess

>But the visual and artistic design of the city regularly has me astounded
I agree desu. They put a lot of effot into the visuals, all those made up advertisements, posters, graffiti, good shit.

>it's also the game that emphasized everything they excelled at the most
Oh go suck a dick. Try and do anything like this in Cyberpunk...
youtu.be/aA0KgaW513g
...and you'll soon realize the game has NO DEPTH and NO DETAIL. "What made CDPR excell" is completely fucking absent of this game unless you're a buffoon that's never read a book once so you think its stilted linear main quest is god-tier

I read this in Johnny's voice

+60 hours on PS4 Slim without a single crash, no idea why the PSN game profile still has that outdated info about the game not working well on older gen systems.

yeah literally nobody ever gave a shit about these autism tidbits in Bitcher 3 because nobody ever played the game in a way that makes their existence even remotely apparent you fucking idiot. What everybody loved about TW3 was its solid story telling and characters so well-written they seemed genuinely human-like as opposed to capeshit caricatures we've been getting in every other AAA title. That level of writing is still there in CyberCockSuck, and in fact it's even seen improvements as whichever talented writers were in charge clearly kept getting better
