Apparently taking too much zinc to increase the size of my loads stripped the organ that regulates sugar, so yeah. I really wish they made non-energy versions of these energy drinks though, because they taste good, but if I drink more than one a day I feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack, but all the sodas specifically made to be keto or sugar free taste like liquid ass, while the ones I named all taste extremely sweet.

I eat thai jasmine and sticky rice, both taste great have excellent texture for mixing with other foods like Tuna.
Water is great if you can acquire the taste for it, tap water should be ignored, it's fucking disgusting, dirty, and does not contain the same minerals as you receive from true rock mineral water.
Seriously stop eating shit, your body will thank you for it, you'll feel good, you'll have plenty of energy, you won't feel like you're greasy and sticky all the time but most of all you will have very clean easy to wipe shits.
