it's better than dinomax

At least Pokemon can do something right

>We lost mega evolution
Literally the beginning of nu Pokemon.

This is the worst gimick there ever will be

how do you figure? it changes the type of a pokemon, and mkes them shiny

This is based. Imagine the toys. Kino.

>crystallization
That's the new gimmick?
Someone tell me what makes it different so I have an informed reason to hate it, please.

JESSE
lol

>old gimmick dumped, new gimmick added
>again
Wonder how long it’ll be before people start saying dynamax was actually good and that this is shit

mega evos were kino

Eh it ain't the worst
>mega evolution
Obviously the best gimmick bar none
>z moves
Pretty uninteresting and forgotten, not bad
>dynamax
Complete shit, like I don't know why everyone doesn't hate it, its just increasing the size on these shitty models. Lol pokemon but BIG
>crystals
Visually interesting, less stupid than z or dynamax, worse than mega.

Overall I like my pokemon game sans gimmick, but whatever.

Wtf that looks kino, is this the new thing in pokemon violet or whatever is called?

Gives you a new type when you use it and makes your STAB stronger, I think. Lasts until you switch out or are KO’d.

Kingler is the only cool pokemon. Look at this badass.

This, it was over as soon as they started forcing in generational marketing gimmicks instead of focusing on improving the core gameplay.

They were an ok gimmick, but they started the gimmick trend.

Yes but it's just Hidden Power turned into the new gimmick.

>>dynamax
>Complete shit, like I don't know why everyone doesn't hate it, its just increasing the size on these shitty models. Lol pokemon but BIG
some of them had unique models but i get it

I wish they'd ditch these stupid gimmicks.

Zoomers needs to be shot

Mega evolutions were stupid. You’re stupid.

always loved Megaevolving, simple as.
gamefreak needed to use it to buff non-competitve pokemon more than they did.
too much of the plot of these games are like "treat your pokemon as friends, use your favorite ones to battle" ect.
make them competitive then, use a gimmick to do it at least.

Not wrong.

Attached: LookAtThisMotherfucker.jpg (1174x881, 115.42K)

Why? The designs were so shit.

Tranny gimick
Absolute useless

Both correct. This dumb ass bullshit, as pictured in the OP, however, is even more stupider.

it already looks better than z-moves and dynamax

Gigamax Gengar was cool. That was about it

you are shit you dumb faggot

How did Tyranitar, the epitome of a Godzilla pokemon, not get a Gigantimax form?

mlp did this shit before it was popular

I like it, I wonder how espeon / umbreon / scarmory would look like... Hopefully they don't make it only available for a select few pokemon

>pokemon devs are retarded
You don't say?

Is this not the same Archie as the comics? Jughead is there so it must be. What the fuck?

people who watch tv shows are so fucking gay

Megas were imho just turned into a different feature... that being regional variants and their sometimes specific evolution lines.

That is more in the original idea of Megas which was "reworking older Pokemon and give them new stats and looks".

So it didn't completely disappear, but it was changed. In fact regional variants appeared in the first game which did NOT introduce new Megas and only allowed for Megas in the post-game: Sun and Moon. From that point on Megas were pushed more and more to the sidelines until they fully disappeared and regional variants became ever more prominent. Hell several megas in Gen 7 could ONLY be unlocked via Events, if you missed them you could never even get that Mega anymore.

Megas survived for only 1 generation before they already started phasing them out, but regional variants in return become ever more elaborate and exist for 3 generations running now.

>We lost mega evolution for fucking crystallization
good

I'd rather the Pokemon just get bigger than get an obnoxiously garish crystal texture and a giant stupid fucking hat

>swapping to another type is useless
Genuine retardation.
