Sniper needs nerfs, like a slower rate of fire and a huge nerf on body shot damage
Heavy needs a new primary, give him something like a quake lightning gun

Remove casual mode. Server browser or get fucked kiddo.
You could have a better browser, but not a huge overhaul.
Defaults of the game need to be changed. Fov 90 needs to be the default.

Slower RoF and require at least 33% charge before headshots occur, and take away the danger shields fire protection so pros can enrage them with scorch shot spam

Agree with you on minis. Quake lighting gun sounds retarded, hitscan attacks in this game have spread for a reason.

make the rifle base damage 30 instead of 50 but have it still scale up to 150 while charging
90 damage quickscopes are still super respectable but actually survivable
doesn't even punish new players either since they rarely quickscope

remove spawn wallhacks, fix disguise bugs, let spy toggle disguise and real speed and also fake a reload whenever he presses r, make no on-hit effects work on a disguised spy (like building rage), let spy see enemy weapons equipped, ammo, and meters below their health, let spy slide sappers on the floor, and make all sapped buildings visible through walls
would be the bare minimum I'd like to buff spy
but spy, of all classes, benefits the most from getting more weapons even if he doesn't use them, since not knowing what he's using makes him harder to deal with
but it's clear valve isn't adding new weapons anymore.

Delete all weapons released after 2011, and revert all weapons to being as they were in 2011
Revert to previous lighting system
Remove matchmaking
This should fix the majority of the problems with tf2
