Probably not, no. The streaming bubble is gonna pop sooner or later and the fighting game players are gonna get taken out. Best case scenario is that it'll revert back to mid-2000s levels but I suspect with online play being what it is and the death of arcades as a whole what will happen is that it'll just totally die out outside of the big time streamers who will act as spokesmen for game developers.
