they don't sell the VIP edition so it'd be base game + creamapi.
even during the summer sale the base game was cheaper on steam than key sites, which is rarely the case. sega is really funneling their customers.

If you have issues with performance you can try the following:
-Use the high refresh rate mod
-Cap your fps with software like RTSS/Nvidia Panel/Radeon Software
-Update your sound drivers
-Change sound frequency of your device to 44100hz or 48000 hz
-Disconnect and reconnect your audio device
-Install DivaNoSpy
-Make sure your game is running of from your dedicated GPU instead of iGPU

What's the best way to practice so I don't form bad habits? I have a hard time tracking even on normal mode because it's been so long.
Pretty sure the artist is wokada, the face is similar.

nice, I finally got Silver on Jitterbug.
you're probably better than me so I don't have to say much, but I think that comes down to song memorization.
It can be case-by-case when playing but your skills will eventually carry over casually as you progress playing.

Just watch some vids of the chart you want to Practice and play it a couple of times, try to get a better score each time you play it
Also a tip for later difficulties, use your dpad alongside the face buttons when the notes are coming too fast or when there are a lot of them clumped together
