This and the fact that they make games that are actually fun instead of yet another 3rd person shooter/adventure game with "realistic" graphics, shitty filters, and some """deep""" messages, point(s) to make, and/or an agenda to push.
There are some good western games but most big western devs and publishers have been making abject garbage for years. Not to say every Japanese game is good, but because they actually want to make something fun it works out more often.
