best Npcs in any open world game.
You have an emotion wheel. So you can interact with Npcs. Every Npc has a random trait. Like beeing kind, aggresive, passive. And all that combined leads to hilarious situations. Like you tell someone to fuck off he wants to punch you. Another Npc comes and tells him to slow down. And so much more. I kinda started riots just with talking to npcs. Its very dynamic :D
