I think this is a fever dream. When you talk about organization you're talking about directorship or command. There's definitely a difference between someone who manages a group of artists for the sake of producing a better work of art, and someone who manages a group of artists for the sake of making a more marketable product, but you're still going to end up with a hierarchy of control-- it's just a question of who calls the shots and to what end.
Which is why state socialism or fascism are more practicable systems. The ends you laid out are great but you have to go in knowing you're establishing a hierarchy.
