I still find myself smirking and thinking "USE LUMINA" when there's a locked door in games. Amazing soundtrack. I can't stress enough how much I listened to it back then and still do today. God damn what a unique and varied soundtrack.

I remember being unironically scared playing through the Vambee chapter as a kid even though the models were really goofy looking because of the graphics. But that part where you’re in the church and get surrounded by them and have to fend them off until morning and they could OHKO you stressed me the fuck out.

I wish square had the decency to at least make a PSX collection with their weird games that were fun like this and Einhander. But square fucks everything they touch and the only saving grace is an emulator. Vambees were kino kid horror and each segment was fun to play. You now remember the mouse girl's filtering minigame.
