The PSP one is definitely worth replaying on an emulator or a Vita. It's obviously got limitations but it's ironically a bigger and better game than the Vita game.
The PS3 game is just a greatest hits collection in HD, pretty good soundtrack and some extra QoL controls. Worth it if you can't get enough katamari.
The Vita game is legitimately terrible and unplayable, the maps are atrocious and unbalanced and the presentation is soulless. Super weird.
