Interesting gimmick, surprisingly sturdy peripheral, and I can tell you from experience if someone out of shape does a few dozen squats with poor form it'll fuck up their calves for a week

I want to work out with Dragaux

I'm out of shape, how do I avoid damage with this other than good form?

Dust collector.
I have shoulder impingement and tendinitis so it didn’t help at all.
Thanks nintendo

Good form (seriously, plant your fucking feet and squat with your thighs, not by lifting your heels) and also swallowing your pride and playing on the easiest difficulty. Until you unlock more exercises and poses you're going to be doing a shitton of squats, so don't go in thinking "yeah I can still do ten pushups in a row, I'm fine". This shit is an actual workout, treat it like one.

Thanks, I have no pride in my physical abilities so I'll definitely start on easy.

I play it every day for about another hour while watching youtube.

About an hour*

literally the only reason I still own a switch, once I work out hot to connect the ring con with the steam deck I can finally bin it

Why not download some Aerobics series from the 80s and just do that every day?

You can curate your exercises, it guides you through them, and counts calories. It's also a game. Like, the single-player is an RPG.

It's pretty expensive though and it doesn't do any strength training. Is it really that good?

>exercising when you have joint problems

why would you ignore its other regimens though

I've gotten my money's worth.

This game is a must be beaten at least once.

Wait, you can do a screenless workout with it? I thought it was all RPG.

I watch Youtube on another screen, but you can definitely play the game in portable mode, too, if you need your TV. Like, if it's just telling you to do squats, you don't need a 50 inch TV to do that.

By strength training I meant to say arm exercises. I think it doesn't have pushups and L-sit dips, or was I wrong?
Good for you, did you notice health improving? I know that training your core and hips a lot carries over to many other activities

it actually has mat-related exercises like curl ups iirc

>Good for you, did you notice health improving?

Yep! I was beginning to have lower back pain and problems prior to the game. Now they're gone. I can walk a ton, and not get tired, or winded. My knees, from all the squats, are probably getting decently future-proofed, too.

Good form will fuck your thighs tho.. can't win.

bench dips I mean, not that acrobatic advanced shit.
That's for your core though, not your arms, no?

Man I guess I'm still tempted to get it

Its good bait for tricking attractive women and vtubers into making porn noises

Ahh right. So basically it has freeform/non-RPG exercise mode?
