There is only 1 ending (well 2 if you count dying in game) so it really doesnt have any replay value.

Outlast, I gave up pretty much as soon as I entered the asylum at the beginning of the game. Nothing spooky even happened except it was dark and I had to use the nightvision and I knew something spooky WOULD happen so I just got the fuck out of there
