Not him, but damn... a Persona style Sailor Moon would be great. Although I am also concerened that even if the game itself is good, it might only be a sleeper hit because I honestly don't think it would find a large enough audience. It's like making a game out of the Powerpuff Girls, sure there are some who'd love that but not wide enough to cover the income of a game.

Because it was a Toei IP licensed to Bandai license in the 90s, so it was doomed from the get go.
The closest there is to an OK one was the arcade beat em up and even that one has terrible balance issues (who the fuck tought those first stage bosses were appropiete for a 1st stage boss)

No, even those were jank, people only like the arcade game because OMG DBZ HYPER DIMENSION TIER SPRITES, but gameplay wise its kinda busted, and the sailors really feel very weak.
