No. Just because it's quick, doesn't mean it's fast. You wouldn't call a marathon runner fast because he completed a marathon in 2 hours, because 2 hours is slow. You'd just call him quicker than most people. Only a 100m runner is truly fast.
Speedrunning is the same. Speedrunners whose runs are 30 minutes are both quick and fast, which makes them speedrunners, but people who run games that take dozens of hours are merely quick but not fast, which goes against the point of speedrunning.
