You know you actually do not OWN the game. right?

Don't care

Yeah, and? I've been not owning my games for 16 years at this point. And if something were to happen to them I would just go back to piracy.

Yeah but I don't really care.

still more than digital consolefags. and like the other user, piracy is always an option.

I'll just pirate them when steam dies.

and your point is?

Still not gonna use Epic nor Xbox live shit.

...

>Permabans you for saying gamers words
>No longer owns the game

>99% of SP games are cracked
>Most MP games die out in a couple of years
If and when Steam dies, only autistic ethical paypigs will be affected.

Only reason I buy games on Steam is because it's more convenient than pirating. Everything else I pirate or don't bother with.

So?

Your physical discs will be damaged by then

If you go to prison they can steal your game collection but not your Steam account

What kind of degenerate slob damages discs so easily? You should be ashamed of yourself desu.

Yes I do, I only buy DRM free games and pirate the rest.

Yes.
That's why I'll never stop pirating.

Disc rot is real

My mgs3 disc was sat in its case for 15+ years, kept in a safe, dry area. Didn't work despite no visible damage on the disc and my PS2 still running my other old games perfectly. Sometimes shit just deteriorates.

you WILL own nothing chud

>Physical games are lost when the disc gets damaged
so make a backup
>Digital games are lost when the server goes down
so make a backup

for consoles at least try as you might you will never be able to restore/use said backup without hacking it and at that point why are you physical. literally wasted effort.

its funny piracy solves every problem

yes, both allow for backups, unless there is drm in which case you need to crack the drm to be able to back it up. the point is physical/digital makes no difference, they're the same. it's a pointless distinction.

i will own nothing and i will be happy.
