They never go all the way which is why I see this is a pointless change. Choosing Body Type A still gets you called he and Body Type B a she.

if you are a tranny, wouldn't you just pick the one you identify as? No tranny will ever actually be a woman, but if you're roleplaying in a video game, why would you CHOOSE to roleplay a mentally challenged person in the game when you are that way in real life?
