The real issue with SteamDeck

Do you even realize that if SteamDeck becomes extremelly popular the chink clones will also help it have bigger marketshare and Valve doesn't give a shit if a chink clone uses Steam as their game store?

Basically helping steamOS (linux) marketshare to become important, forcing companies to port adobe and autodesk shit to SteamOS?

You mean to Linux? lmao
And how would that hurt you? Besides further limiting what you can shitpost about, I mean.

How is this an issue?
Competition is good and linux improving for people who like it is good.

linux finally being able to use proprietary software will make me shift immediately from windows.

these companies feeling forced to support linux is a good thing, sounds like you need to cope.

that is a good thing

We now have three (tres) steam deck threads where two are flooded by gay programming socks discord shitposters and one about an incredibly specific topic that nobody on this board has the brainpower to care about.

The only one lacking brain power is OP.

I've had my Steam Deck for a couple of days now and I love it.
What are some unusual things I can do with it?

emulate switch games with it and make tendies seethe

>closed-source storefront
>DRM
>easy anti-cheat
>>>>you are here
>chinese adoption
>game timers
>facial recognition software
>government ID required for use

yay for Linux!

Damn you mean that like, SteamOS 3.0 now that proton exists and the money and work they put into Wine, Valve is pushing to get OEMs to distribute linux again, and they're avoiding traditional OEMs like Dell and HP so they don't get blackballed by microsoft's illegal anticompetition OEM contracts?
FuCK??

at least make up something realistic if you're going to make shit posts

The Chinese government requires game timers, facial recognition on all hardware sold by law. All software needs to be linked to their government ID. You don't have a clue, do you?

Assuming these work with the immutable filesystem:

github.com/7USTIN/manga-cli

That has nothing to do with Linux

It has everything to do with hardware sold in mainland China. Join the dots, retard

It will only be on the chink's OS that I do not buy then.
