Not that user but I had something like that happen. Prepped for a party in my apartment but no one was able to show up. Felt bad, felt real bad.
course we made up for it with a UT2k4 lan party like 3 weeks later, but still.

going through this this summer, we started planning a meet up during the summer like 3 months ago, now 2 of my 7 man friend group are the only ones that are saying they'll show up.

Yeah that's a feel. My friend group wanted to do a vegas trip, the same time as EVO. My wife and I got a hotel room and such, I entered EVO. But then like, of the 12 people interested, they all fucking bailed. So, its just gonna be me, the wife, and the babby. Although I feel bad that she is just gonna be alone in vegas with the kid while I do fighting game stuff. Pretty pissed at my friends, not gonna lie.
