im convinced the people who unironically think this is possible have never actually played halo 2, let alone on laso. the start to gravemind alone results in a death 80% of the time, often before you even take control

So many morons have no goddamn idea at all. LASO with no deaths is already insane, this challenge is WITHOUT THE ENVY SKULL. That makes it beyond fucked up.

hell, regular halo 2 legendary deathless is already absolutely insane to do.

20k seems pretty damn low when you consider that they're going to grift off your achievement anyways and profit way more in the longrun

Sputnik is still an easy modifier. remove it for the real ultimate challenge.

I know that is impossible now but glitches are part of halo 2 identity. i would love to pop in halo 2 one of these days and just start looking for glitches to help out the effort

you would think after all this time the game would be explored to death, but speedrunning autists are truly a different breed so I wouldnt be surprised if something ends up being found. if I were to do it, I would start searching on the windows vista port of halo 2 kek

sure you have a ton of tools and shit being that its on PC. i plan on doing it on OG xbox like a lot of early glitch hunting was done back in the days.

Someone said in the last thread that this is a glitch that happens in the remastered version, where as the OG version you have more time because of some AI trigger

I managed on 3 and each easily.

I was thinking of the original pc port more so the fact that the halo 2 vista port was extremely broken, so it would be the most likely to have some gamebreaking glitch. 343 made the mcc version off of the vista port iirc though so idk

MCC shitter reveals himself. You clearly never played the original Halo 2 if you think the Brutes start shooting you as soon as the level begins. That's an MCC problem, they weren't programmed to do that in the original game. They only attack when the elevator closes on the Xbox version.
