Pocketing a good heavy feels so good.

Spy is 50% skill, 50% luck.

you suck at it
hitreg is fucking shit i do agree though

sniper takes a shitload of skill to contribute to your team instead of feeding the egos of the enemy spies/snipers and putting you down a teammate (even the shittiest heavy can still point his gun at the bad guy and get some damage in)

doesn't stop it from being one of the worst classes though

TF2's whole hitreg is shit and that's because of lag compensation, it would have a really down-to-earth hitreg in a LAN setting but not when played across the world.

its not hard to abuse spy. you can fuck with interp commands that make the back hitboxes lag pretty easily. the back hitbox is also gigantic. his weakest link is his projectile because it cannot readily do enough damage to keep him alive if he has to use it when backstabs arent possible. people that think spy is a high skill class are genuinely mouthbreathers.

Engineer (I main Sniper)

Spy

dependent, I think Soldier has the hardest tech to learn because my brain can't into Rocket Pogo but I just can't do well as Spy no matter what so props to anyone that can kill teams that aren't just braindead retards
>class that takes the least skill
Demoman, and Sniper to an extent since his only 'tech' is map knowledge, game sense and raw aim. Pretty much every other class revolves around mobility and or being limited by it in addition to aiming, while sniper doesn't have any options and positioning is far less demanding than Heavy

I think demo but it depends, soldier is hard too and sniper doesn't have a skill ceiling
>least skill
honestly I don't know, my instincts say pyro but there are things to do with him, but since she seems easy to use idk

all you need is a decent aim to be good with sniper

sticky spam demo

Perhaps same could be said of all classes.

>Medic (no explanation needed)
>Pyro (needs to put a vast amount of effort into airblasting, juggling, and weapon combos to get the same return as shooting a rocket launcher or m1+m2 demo)

When it comes to skill I would split it into two. Mechanical skill (executing difficult actions involving moving your character and the mouse) and tactical skill (predicting enemies & allies, map knowledge, overall decision-making and risk management).
>takes most mechanical skill: Pyro (see above, note that taking a lot of skill is not equal to getting better results than a class that takes less skill)
>takes most tactical skill: Spy (also takes some deal of mechanical skill in trickstabs and ambassador headshots, but most of a spy's skill comes from making good tactical decisions, knowing when to make picks, etc.)
>takes least mechanical skill: Medic (I almost picked engineer but at least he has some tricky jumps he can do with the wrangler. Most of Medic's skill is tactical and doesn't really have a high execution barrier)
>takes least tactical skill: Sniper (stand in designated sightline and click heads, which of course still requires a good degree of mechanical skill)

Pyro

well most importantly you need movement, which sniper needs 0 of

normalfag take

>sniper doesn't need movement
outted yourself as a sniperlet. if you stay in one spot you're gonna just be spy food or relentlessly harassed after one kill. a good sniper should be pushing with the team and finding new spots to shoot after every few oicks

Soldier

Demoman
