Probably less than they should be. He would bring some legitimacy to the title and they may pull the trigger to get their Punk/Tana match down the road but he can’t promo in English so he would be an absentee champion, which defeats the purpose of doing an interim champion.

Depends on how long Punk is going to be out for. Since Dynamite will go back to being ROH-lite after Blood and Guts they'd still have time to build to Tana vs Punk at All Out. But Mox is winning.

I think they're swapping belts.
They gave the title to Jay specifically to transition it to an AEW star because they didn't want Okada taking the pin. Exactly like how Jay was a transitional champion just to put the belt on Okada without doing Okada vs Tanahashi for the hundredth time.
Tana will win the AEW belt and probably represent it in the G1.
Both titles will probably come back to their companies at All Out
