now that the dust will settle in around 2 months after the game releases to zero hype, what went wrong?
>more discussion took place on the fake "switch pro" "leak" than the game itself
No hype: the game
>what went wrong?
Not on PC
>what went wrong?
Nintendo simply won't put any new info out about it.
There's not much to talk about that wasn't in Splatoon 2 besides the setting or the new single player campaign and neither of those are that interesting by themselves.
>what went wrong?
they removed gender
At least the plaza being full of transexual shitposting will make sense given the chaos theme this time around.
>she doesn't know
oh boy you can play against bots and you're still forced to use a controller how fun
is it true americans can only enjoy entertainment if it fits and actively validates their political beliefs?
>The AMERICAN localization removed gender
ftfy
besides if anybody cared that would mean we would have shitposting 24/7 about it, the hype is just dead regardless.
>what went wrong?
God-awful marketing strategy.
>you can play against bots
nintendosisters they can't keep getting away with this... how do we help nintendo take these criminals down
cherry picked
online is dead 99.99% of the time
>implying there was no trans indoctrination in splatoon 2
they won't let you even release a game if it doesn't try to manipulate children anymore. japanese companies are not exempt
>you have to play against bots!
>photo shows you can play online
>it doesn't count!
>you can find one full lobby a year so technically you can play against other players!
it's kinda depressing that possibly the best, most unique switch exclusive is getting zero braintime for most people but xenoblade 3: japanese humor and fire emblem: yes it has anime tits are getting tons of marketing.
Fully priced and online only game with a paid requirement to be online for very little reward outside of playing what was free a few years ago. Dropped
>online only
?
I like xenoblade, but still I agree that the marketing strategy is baffling. I can only hope that splatoon 3 will get full coverage in the month leading up to its release (splatoon direct in august, maybe? Testfire late august?)
wrong, now all voices are unisex as are all clothes and haircuts
I burned myself with the first game. Tried to get into the 2nd game but it was just more of the same.
And I assume this 3rd game is just another rehash. I think there's some franchise fatigue. Doesn't help they're releasing the game on the Switch again when there's 2 already there.
>custom lobby
so the game mode nobody plays? good to know
>there are people in this thread who think Splatoon 3 won't sell like hot cakes
