Reverie already has a fan-translation. Kuro has a spreadsheet overlay and once the PC version comes out next week, anons will inject the English script into it as well. If you're still waiting on official translations from NISA then that's your own problem desu.

It's pretty good. Certainly not any worse than the official translations. The only ones who shit on it are Geofront and their lackeys because of attentionwhoring and the usual fan-translation drama. I think some minor NPC dialogue might be MTL because the team who originally translated it didn't translate all the NPCs, but I might be wrong as I've played the a while ago and haven't been following the news (if anons found someone who could properly translate them. All of the main story, side quests, side stuff and a lot of major NPCs were properly translated though.
Same team has translated Kuro as well and the anons who injected their Reverie script into the PC version will do the same with Kuro next week.

Yes, they're the original translators of Reverie and Kuro. Anons from /fg/ who injected Zerofield's translation into the game aren't associated with them though.
Also, the main translator from Zerofield has said that they'll be translating Kuro 2 once it comes out as well.

I came across a torrent on nyaa which seems to have what you've described though with a link to mega for more patches. Is this the thing that I want? Description of the torrent mentioned that translation only goes as far as September which sounds like it doesn't cover the entire game unless 3, 4 and 5 patches do that.

No problem, user. Hope it runs well and you enjoy it. Also Kuro required specs seem similar to Hajimari, so if Haji runs well for you then you should be able to play Kuro as well and Kuro is fucking great desu. I've played it with the overlay because I was too impatient to wait for the PC port and patch, but I still had a blast.

Since the translation for the hajimari aren't complete, should I expect the same for Kuro? I don't want to miss out the NPCs' dialogues there especially since Kuro doesn't have a japanese version in its steam version apparently. I barely kept up in the hajimari because I can somewhat read jap.
