So what are you hosting?

Its awful to play a game everybody already played and know the meta.

If the OP post doesn't have at least a suggestion of a host then thread might not even be worth making.

uno

I don't have Uno

I got dungeon quest 1987. Someone wanna play?

...

Is that like Hero Quest?

Here's a bump on me, OP.

RIP board gamers. I guess only Friday is a good day to have these?

I think usually it goes better if you propose a couple of games in the OP.

Anyone interested in Four Souls? Could host if I get 3 other people, game sucks with any more or less.
Can teach

This is the trick. Even if you don't plan on hosting yourself it's good to add some games so people can get an idea about what could be played and add to the discussion. Just "board games" doesn't work too well because there's like a million games that fall in that category.

I'm trying to get through RE3, I would join otherwise. I have a physical Kickstarter copy. It's a pretty good alternative to Munchkin.

I guess I would in about 10-15 minutes.

yes you do it came with your fucking xbox

A great alternative to Munchkin is not playing Munchkin.

Four soul is a good "race to win while pushing people down the stair" style. It's basically Munchkin with more controls and no Elves.

How are there so many of them when there all awful?
Do people really play munchkins? So many people shit on it instead.

It was the first modern board game a lot of nerds started playing in Highschool after DND and all that. Gameplay is basic, but the problem with Munchkin is that the second player win. If you are first, you will lose the moment you reach lvl 9 because everybody will curse or boost monsters.
