Why was Rise put on Switch and not on all consoles?
World still looks prettier but Rise has attractive females and a better variety of monsters.
Why was Rise put on Switch and not on all consoles?
Because it's Portable 5th and therefore it's exclusive to the platforms with the potential to be portable
Nintendo paid for timed exclusivity
They got a whole year's worth of sales for the Switch version
Are they going to do it with the next MH?
How the hell should I know? I'm not precognitive.
I like how it runs way smoother than world and has a hundred new quality of life additions. I can handle a slight decrease in graphical fidelity
>Graphixfags
World really did bring in the worst kind of people
nah switch is just fucking garbage
>runs way smoother
>Citadel is a shitshow of areas that cause stuttering
Youre the reason why devs are removing features and gameplay from video games, just so your gay ass can stare at pretty pictures all day.
why cant nintendo just do both you retard?
Its fucking 2022
>has a hundred new quality of life additions
I miss monsters not aggroing the second they see you. With monsters having different personalities like some are passive, some get angry if you're too close, and others that go apeshit.
You do realize Nintendo can just make a new console that's portable and can make the game look like it's from an Xbox One S, PS5, or even a PC, yes?
Nintendo paid Capcom to make them a port of World after the anal devastation that happened with MHW.
So, they shat out some scaled down, easier version of World for the Rise, thinking nobody would actually just wanna play a shittier version of Rise.
Turns out PC players do I guess.
I actually was motivated to finish Iceborn. Sunbreak isn't calling me back and I'd rather play Dragon's Dogma for the 100th time..
world is overall way more complex and thought out. from the hide in bushes shit to stuff having personalities, to turf wars actually existing more than once every 200 hunts to shit not being boiled down to arcade "Go, hunt, kil rath."
not that sunbreak is bad but man, just wish the rest of the game was as well done as the combat. fuck.
>I'd rather play Dragon's Dogma for the 100th time..
Holy
>Are they going to do it with the next MH?
Monster hunter has 2 teams, the main "console" team and the B "portable" team
The main team is famous for making the flagship titles while the portable team makes the games on mobile.
Anyway the portable team is famous for shit balance, faster paced gameplay and being a lot more for weebs, also the portable team takes a lot more risks with their gameplay innovations since they can afford it, they're the ones that created pallicos for example.
So.. no, monster hunter 7 will be multiplat like all other flagship MH titles.
>get Rise on Switch when it releases
>finish it
>Sunbreak comes out on Switch and PC
>want to play Rise/Sunbreak at 1080p144fps instead of 720p30
>no save transfer between Switch and PC version so would have to replay the entire base game on PC (fuck that)
>don't want to buy the lesser version on Switch
>end up not buying it at all
Feels bad.
This is the most retarded take I've ever seen
It's not a take, it's the truth.
This is literally how MH has always been.
I settled for playing in Shitch and it was good, just enjoy being able to play it portable
You're not missing much.
Too much gameplay for the Snoy audience. They'll only buy a game with unskippable cinematics and poop sniffing.
lol seethe more tendie
