Get a box fan, ideally some copper tubing but any lightly insulated works, two bins, and a large brick of ice.
Ziptie the tubes to the fan in a zigzag pattern on the outflow side. Put one tube in the ice bin and the other in an empty one. Suck till water comes out and let physics do the rest.
Should be enough to get through the night

Which GPU / power settings? Does it even downclock? It's 25°C in my room and my 3080 Ti has 32°C (hotspot most likely below 40°C). Doesn't sound right to me, my case (Define R5) is silent focused as well.

The winters are so warm now that you can't keep drinks cold outside during Christmas.

With the magic of AC, the temperature is always what I want it to be. I don't get the obstinance of insisting with some strange sort of pride that not having one is superior somehow. Sweating my ass off while sitting in my own home sucks ass and AC isn't even that expensive.
