In all seriousness, if Sega/RGGS tried this, even if it was done as a more "this is about the idol and club business" and less about JAV/sex work, they would get shut down. Payment processors including mastercard and visa are waging war on JAV industry. They'd threaten platform holders if they let the game be published to their platforms, and wouldn't let Sega take payments if they wanted to sell direct.
