Obviously execute them. What game?

i dont know who these people are, but kill them

Huh? Don't play as the guy on the right in this VN?

>hmm, I've already fucked my playthrough by killing one of my own troops , so do I go for the ending where I do nothing and become a penguin , or go for the ending where I spend hours passing acts through government and society collapses for no reason ? Decisions, decisions...

yes, you're the guy on the right

No, you're the guy on the left

3. Enslave them.

You're obviously the guy they're looking at. Yes, YOU.

This game's awful. So many ending baits, I cheated my ass off and still didn't actually beat it because I got tired of all the "but wait, there's more!" bullshit they Game pulled.

>download OP's game expecting some strategy hentai kino, like the good old days of Eushully and Softhouse Chara games
>VN section at the start is quite long, almost 30 straight minutes of dialogue, but that's fine, I really wanna get into this
>gameplay is absolutely fucking pitiful and there isn't a single explanation as to what the fuck is happening
I JUST WANT ANOTHER BUNNY BLACK CLONE, PLEASE

>let your alternate universe gigachad self fuck your maid
She lives
>dont trigger the quasi-cuck scene
she dies

Whats the correct decision here?

>>gameplay is absolutely fucking pitiful and there isn't a single explanation as to what the fuck is happening
The gameplay is actually quite great once you understand everything about how it actually works.
But you're right about how the game does fuckall in terms of actually explaining any of it to you. In-game anyway. On the title screen there is a huge tutorial that I very much recommend you to read all of before playing.

VenusBlood Hollow however, you can actually kind of sort of play without the tutorial. As that game at least does an attempt at easing you into the game naturally. And it actually has tooltips for all the abilities and such.
The tutorial would probably still be recommended though.

Yea I had played a previous Venus Blood game (you were some demon lord that had its lair invaded by a bunch of paladins and you had to corrupt them all) but was ultimately turned away because the art quality of the CG was a bit underwhelming for my taste
I'll give it a try again soon just because I have absolutely nothing to play

What game?

Looks like Black Souls

Which Venus Blood game would you recommend starting with?

>Rape
I will now play your game

Probably Hollow.
Read the full tutorial in the extra section before starting the game though. That goes for both Hollow and Frontier.

It's a shame though. Hollow is less reliant on tutorials in general, having helpful tooltips and early chapter that kind of eases you into the game.
But Frontier's tutorial is much more expansive and complete than Hollow's. Would have been nice if Hollow had both.

But Hollow is also the better game in general. Frontier is still good, but you might as well save it until after Hollow if you ended up liking Hollow.
Regardless. Your second game will probably go smoother than your first game, being able to use what you learned from your first game.

They're currently translating and planning to release Venusblood Gaia too though, but that'll take a while. But it means that if you end up liking the above, even more is coming.
I will say this though. The gameplay, while initially obtuse, really is quite cool and extremely in-depth and autistic. With tons and tons of choices and different strategies. I haven't really seen any other game series that resembled these. So if nothing else they're pretty unique and that if anything is interesting.
