I do all of that, especially at work. I bend over backwards to make people happy so they'll be less angry with me when I inevitably fuck up.
I quit playing online games because getting yelled at for fucking up filled me with horrible anxiety. It would make my heart race and my hands would tremble as I typed a response. I made sure to leave right after so they couldn't respond.
