Besides putting a baby in your own sister.
What is the main appeal of this game?
Putting a baby in your own daughter.

Nothing better than becoming an Adamite and making my 3 daughters my concubines and my son just has to watch and cope.
Fighting off obesity and leprocy as you slowly grow your realm until your mastermind philosopher dies and you get to play as your hunchback offspring, lose it all again, perform eugenics to get some chad, repeat, autism required for play but not included
It has no appeal yet. The base game is shit and the most interesting mods haven't released yet/aren't robust enough yet.
I just play CK2 instead whenever I get the itch.

Just play it. It's the same excel spreadsheet that 3 is except with less graphics.
Why CKIII is a thing when CK2 is better?
Do paracucks no longer could make dlcs for ck2 because tech limitations or lack of ideas?
It's easy as shit. If you've never played map games don't be intimidated by the "strategy" tag. Paradox since 2010 has worked hard to simplify their games to the point even 80 IQ retards can easily get a hang of them.
Just force yourself through it until you get it, ot took me sleepless night of 8 hours to start to understand how the game works
Reviving Hellenism and the Roman Empire.
Back to duolingo, amigo
If you haven't played CK3 I'd recommend starting off with that. Much less DLC means much less mechanics and features to consider so it's easier as an entry point. If you have, then either start up the game from a relatively easy position but without many vassals to manage, or if you're that adverse to playing without a good grasp of all the tools at your disposal, then just watch a few hours of an online playthrough and see what others do.
3d models are the only reason for CK3's existence. No one would bother with it otherwise and everyone would remain playing CK2.
I think the playerbase was begging for a new release for a long time. And yeah, tech limitations as well. Good old clausewitz runs like shit and doesn't even utilize more than 1 CPU core.
>eugenics simulation
>culture merging/diverging
Not many games let you create your own ethnicity

I prefer the ck2 portraits to be honest the ck3 models don't look very attractive
Putting a baby in your own mother. After poisoning your dad and taking his throne.
CK3 in time will be better, it just needs more meat (DLC).
It runs really well, has a bunch of new features that work well with a game like CK, the only thing it's really lacking are features thet didn't bring over from 2, really. Stuff like Imperial governments.
