Dariusburst is just Dariusburst Another Chronicle EX and Chronicle Saviours.
G-Darius HD is just G-Darius with classic visuals or remastered.
Darius Cozmic Collection is Darius 1, 2, and Gaiden.
Admittedly, I own Gaiden 3 times. (Saturn version, Taito Legends 2, and Cozmic Collection)

Those are all great. Whichever one clicks with you the most. I personally like the games where you can steal an enemy's shot type, so I'd go with either Einhander, Gaiares, or G-Darius.

Just looking at that, it's an easy one to avoid. Go up and to the right, and if they keep shooting at you as you crawl up there, wait for an opening and go back down/ to the left, then up + repeat. Basically a U pattern, it gets you through 90% of almost any bullet-hell.

Get Dariusburst Chronicle Saviours during the summer/Thanksgiving sales.
This is true for the Aleste collection. I bought it, but I'm still butthurt that they didn't include MUSHA, Super Aleste, or Robo Aleste. GG Aleste 3 was okay but there were a couple of really gimmicky segments that held it back from greatness.
