No, "Poverty" in America is comparatively a very comfortable life compared to actual poor nations.

it would be a poverty stricken nation regardless of American victory or defeat. Poverty and crime are just the standard way of life in some countries, its not the result of some war, either way its far better today than it was in the 50s-60s.

I miss playing Rising Storm, right after I upgraded my PC most of the servers were dead. Rising Storm 2 Vietnam is fun though

really wouldn't know. don't have much of an understanding of their psychology or something, I just go to the countries for the sights and 33 cent tiger beers. as far as quality of life goes, they're all pretty much the same. city folk are rather metropolitan and can range anywhere from wealthy to middle class but can contain extremely poor people who just work in street markets to make ends meet, and everything outside the cities is like some rural town, the poorest areas I went to people still lived in bamboo huts. Its hard to understand what the "average" is when the wage gap is so widely spread. and its also hard to understand how content these people feel when this is the life they're already used to so what looks like a poor and miserable village to me might be full of people who are completely content and comfortable with their lot in life.
