Probably the worst of the FRD units (not counting DP-eaters since those are technically different). Silence is only effective on certain enemies and in stages where you need it Lappy does it more consistently. Lacks the stopping power of Red or Kafka, lacks the stalling power of Gravel, lacks the damage of Phantom.
Still a decent unit though, like all of the FRDs.
