You don't need to use Sunny to OTK, you can abuse Evil Twin's effects to link into stuff like Abomination or Unicorn, revive a twin and then summon other links. Accesscode is also a thing as long as you remember to summon him before you get Fiend-locked.

the ed isn't super important. the most important thing is just that you have one so you can use it as fodder for pots. but in particular, if you have assembled nightingale, downerd magician, and zeus, those will be the most common cards for you tk actually summon.

How many decks do you consistently play? I find that I build a bunch of decks because I like the way they look or sometimes how they play, but lose interest just as fast.
