Why did NA get the most absolute dog shit boxes compared to other regions for so many games in the early generations of 3d development:
Ico, silent Hill, Kings field. All have prime examples. Granted, Silent Hills NA arts are pretty good. But there's still more interesting ones out there like the red note version of 2.
