I have a 3090 evga ftw3 that I've had in the box brand new at retail from the last few weeks of stepup when it was still running. Ddr5 ram ready to go. But I just haven't bought a motherboard or a cpu because I keep hearing about new shit that's about to come out, boards that'll be compatible with all kinds of stuff instead of locking me in to one build, all kinds of shit. I had a drive to really build a solid pc that would last me for years and years, even considered the custom watercooled meme for a bit to really get into it. And then all the games that I thought I'd play on it, like starfield, started to get shown and they looked like total dogshit. And I don't know if I should wait for the new generation of motherboards and CPUs or not, so the whole thing just ground to a halt. Just so tired.
