I heard janitors are constantly ribbed by moderators and those who go on crusades (because the board is in that bad of a state) get booted out, and there's an allocated time and everything that the janitor work must happen in like it's a job. Doesn't sound fun, by the time they become moderators they're probably already drained of all love for the board and don't do anything cool for fear of pissing off superiors (AKA long-time moderators like RapeApe who's the mod Manager). Not to mention they first have to semi-dox themselves to become janitors and full-dox themselves to become moderators. I can't imagine the majority of moderators doing any work beyond what is only asked of them because they're burned out, otherwise with over 20 moderators they'd be far more prolific.
