I looked it up on Amazon, a replacement fan for my card cost more than a 120mm case fan.
A case fan also moved ALOT more air, so I got an adaptor cable, and a bungee cord + zip ties and now have a case fan hovering below my heat sink.
Case stays freezing cold.
