First one is if you steal from a certain NPC instead of dealing with them according to your station you get an incurable virus which prevents you from obtaining the same incurable virus later at a time when it's actually story plot device tier relevant
Second one is likely the slave girl in a cage you need to rescue who has no items, so if you have a nude mod she's standing in there with her tits out instead of basic underwear and players probably enjoy the rare example of an unclothed NPC, I dunno - strippers and slaves exist who are also unclothed even in vanilla so I dunno why that particularly is relevant
