I just finished replaying Honest Hearts and Dead Money in New Vegas. And I have to say, they are in a completely inferior tier than Old World Blues and Lonesome Road. Still decent to play through.
This is part a new a playthrough with minimal modding to remember how good new Vegas really was. And I have to say, it's as good as I remembered. Obviously I've broken the game by collecting the best weapons and using companions most of the time, but there are still many moments where I felt utterly fucked and had to really get creative to escape.
It's also so massive. I know F4 is bigger, but the Mojave is just packed of shit to do. I usually play by choosing a "block" of content (it might be vault, a companion quest, a cave, a questline...) that fits the amount of time I have that day, and New Vegas is just filled with stuff.
Of the top of my head, I'm gonna list the blocks of content I've gone through:
>Goodsprings (Meeting everyone, going everywhere, fighting the powder gangers)
>Primm (The small dungeon, setting up law enforcement, fixing ED).
>Mojave outpost/Nipton (Meeting Cass, questing, meeting the legion, helping boxcars, the mayor's scheme, rummaging through the houses in nipton)
>Searchlight (Finding tags, returning the ghoul dude, finding the rad suits, entering the police and fire station) and the airport
>Novac and repconn site (Boone, Volare, getting the player room)
>Mccarran all local quests
>Vault 3 and killing the famous fiends.
>Vault 21, rescuing the ghoul woman and blowing up the toxins in the air.
>The vault with the big armory and ghouls respawning behind you constantly.
>Freeside /mormon fort/ the king.
I usually skip the strip until I'm done withe verything else.

>Charlestown lodge? (mutant place).
>Deathclaw junction.
>Going caving for a bit with the explorer perk to get OP.
>Then I play through New Vegas Bounties (mod) I and II.

>ending main quest.
That's easily over 100 hours, in a game made in 18 months.
